Come work for Twin Scroll Marketing!

Position: Amazon Marketing Manager

Salary: $50,000 + 10% Annual Agency Profit Growth

Twin Scroll Marketing is looking for an experienced digital advertising manager to help manage Amazon PPC efforts in a quickly changing advertising landscape. Help us tackle the dynamic world of E-commerce in 2020 and beyond! Amazon’s advertising revenue is slated to grow roughly 50% in 2020, and is quickly threatening the digital marketing duopoly of Facebook and Google.

Build expertise in an increasingly valuable skillset, while working in an environment that places importance upon independence and trust.

Twin Scroll Marketing was founded from the desire for me to control my own work and make money in a way I felt was fair and equitable, and I intend to pass those same benefits to my employees. I am looking for someone to join my team who wants to take ownership of their work and not have to overcome cumbersome bureaucracies in order to make systemic changes that they know are important and worthwhile. I intend to place a great deal of trust in this next hire, which is exactly why I am offering 10% of yearly profitable agency growth as a bonus. I want whoever takes on this position to feel as if their hard work goes rewarded, and stands to benefit greatly from putting focus and critical thought into their day-to-day responsibilities.

The ideal candidate possess these qualities:

  • Experience running digital advertising on a PPC platform (Most important)

  • Located in the Colorado Front Range (Second most important)

  • An entrepreneurial spirit

  • Experience working at a marketing agency

  • Strong familiarity with modern day digital problem solving (googling it, facebook groups, forums, etc.)

  • A sense of humor. (I like to keep things light)

  • Ability to remain focused and motivated while working remote

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing spend, budgets, keyword research, campaign creation across multiple different ad types, and other various optimization tasks pertaining to Amazon PPC

  • Monitoring performance, and prescribing corrective actions in order to meet client needs

  • Working with a remote team in the Philippines in order to off-load certain tasks

  • Interfacing with clients over email, phone calls, google hangouts and other communication technologies

  • Staying up to date on Amazon PPC best practices, and adapting standard operating procedures to reflect new Amazon systems changes

  • Working with Microsoft excel and other pieces of data management software in order to produce campaign changes and builds at a large scale

Benefits include:

  • Flexible working schedule - My ideal work week for this position would be 36 productive hours a week, from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Thursday, with a reasonable lunch break in the middle. This can be modified however you like with ample communication before hand. If you wanted to work 5 hours on Monday and 4 hours on Friday, this would also suffice, as would working three 12 hour shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

  • Due to Q4 craziness, we take Christmas Eve through New Years day off with only brief checks to make sure nothing catches on fire while we are gone, as well as 10 days of paid vacation

  • Ability to work remotely - I would prefer to work with a candidate in the Front Range that I could interact with at least once a week in person, but the rest of the time you are free to work from home or a coffee shop if need be. I also have office space in Fort Collins for free to be used.

  • Profit sharing equivalent to 10% of YoY profit growth calculated at the end of the year. If you are responsible for growing this business, you should be compensated fairly for said growth.
